Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Manage the procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay informed about industry trends.
Evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and analyze procurement reports to track spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels.
Resolve procurement-related issues and disputes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement or a related role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of procurement principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
