AMC Bridge is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, self-motivated Office Assistant to join our Kyiv office. This is a full-time position for a friendly, proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Office administration support: managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance;
Communication: answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and greeting visitors;
Documentation: preparing and managing documents, reports, and presentations;
Event planning: organizing internal events and meetings;
Travel arrangements: booking flights, hotels, and transportation for employees;
Vendor management: coordinating with suppliers and service providers;
Support for the HR department: assisting with onboarding processes and employee relations activities;
Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus;
Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong organizational and time-management abilities;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
Fluency in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken);
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
