Data Analyst Full-time Job

Kforce has a client in search of a Data Analyst in Miramar, FL.Responsibilities:

* Data Analyst will support data analyses for various business initiatives across multiple business units

* Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies

* Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques

* Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets

* Data Analyst will use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes

* Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes

* Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy

Job Requirements:

Skills:

* Bachelor's degree

* 3-5 years of experience

* Strong problem-solving skills

* Experience with data mining and modeling techniques

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Excellent communication skills

* Knowledge of statistical software packages such as SPSS or SAS is a plus

* Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus

* Data Analyst will have knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus

* Knowledge of machine learning techniques is a plus
