Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate overall office activities.
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for employees.
- Maintain office equipment and arrange necessary repairs.
- Supervise cleaning and maintenance of office space.
- Ensure effective internal and external communications are conducted.
- Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
- Maintain inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and placing and expediting orders.
- Monitor expenses by receiving and approving invoices, as well as ensuring the accuracy and appropriate coding of the data.
- Coordinate building and equipment maintenance to assure efficient operations are in place.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Salary will be determined based on interview results.
