Marketing Specialist Full-time Job

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing programs and campaigns to support the company's overall marketing strategy. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with other members of the marketing team and other departments within the company to ensure that marketing activities are aligned with the company's business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote the company's products and services.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

- Analyze marketing data to track the performance of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

- Manage the company's social media presence.

- Create marketing materials, such as brochures, website content, and email campaigns.

- Coordinate with vendors to produce marketing materials and events.

- Manage the marketing budget.

- Monitor and report on competitor activities.

- Attend industry events to network and learn about new marketing trends.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.

- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages.

- Experience with social media marketing.

- Experience with marketing analytics tools.
