Senior Accountant Full-time Job

A leading global company is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

* Prepare and analyze financial statements.

* Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.

* Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.

* Develop and maintain internal controls.

* Assist with audits.

* Provide support to other departments as needed.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

* 5+ years of experience in accounting.

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

* Experience with accounting software.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Fluent in English and Japanese.
