Summary:

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and increase market share in a specific region or product line. Essential Responsibilities:

Leads and manages a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance management.

Develops and implements sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

Builds and maintains strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing solutions.

Identifies and pursues new business opportunities, expanding the customer base.

Monitors market trends and competitor activities, adapting sales strategies accordingly.

Prepares sales forecasts and reports, tracking progress against targets.

Collaborates with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts.

Negotiates contracts and pricing with customers, ensuring profitability.

Attends industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.

Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing market share.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Ability to travel as required.
