Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general office duties.

• Welcome guests and direct them appropriately

• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

• Ensure the office cleanliness and tidiness

• Monitor and order office supplies

• Coordinate repairs to office equipment

• Provide administrative and clerical support

• Arranges shipments

• Making sure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material

• Provide administrative support to other Departments.

• Assisting in travel arrangements

• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Work experience as a Office administrator or similar role

• Solid knowledge of office procedures

• Experience with office management software

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English

• Russian language skills are desirable

• Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Salary: Negotiable

Work Schedule: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00.
