Junior Lawyer Full-time Job

Position Summary

The Junior Lawyer will provide legal support to various departments within PASHA Holding, including reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and assisting with litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
Conduct legal research on a variety of topics, including corporate law, contract law, and labor law.
Assist with litigation matters, including preparing pleadings, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
Provide legal advice to various departments within the company.
Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations.
Assist with other legal tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a reputable university required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a lawyer or legal assistant.
Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani law.
Excellent research and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is required.
