A leading Recruitment Company is looking for dynamic Recruitment Consultant to be based in Bahrain.
• Perform full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Attend job fairs and networking events to build relationships with potential candidates.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
