Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior System Analyst to join our IT/Operations team in Bahrain. The Senior System Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing system solutions to support our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements by interacting with stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.

• Collaborate with developers and other IT professionals to implement and test system solutions.

• Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.

• Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and functionalities.

• Continuously evaluate and improve system processes and procedures.

• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met within the agreed-upon timeframe.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for system improvements.

• Prepare and maintain system documentation and user manuals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Analyst.

• Strong knowledge of system analysis and design principles.

• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Proficiency in SQL and database management.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
