Key Responsibilities:

• Transforming business plans and strategies into corresponding HR plans and concrete actions.

• Ensuring high quality and efficiency of HR processes.

• Providing support and consultation for team managers on HR procedures, policies, and practices, including training and competency development.

• Actively promoting company values and corporate culture.

• Motivating and engaging employees in development and professional growth.

• HR administration.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Experience: 3-5 years in HR.

Knowledge & Skills: In-depth understanding of operational and strategic HR processes, knowledge of local labor laws, experience in recruitment and employee engagement.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR and payroll systems (1C, ZUP, electronic document management, Navigator, SAP SuccessFactors).

Communication Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Personal Qualities: Proactive, flexible, results-oriented; coaching skills, conflict resolution abilities, and teamwork.
