Senior Finance Analyst Full-time Job

A Senior Finance Analyst position is now available at a global consumer goods company. In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support business decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting.

* Analyse financial data and provide insights into trends, variances, and opportunities.

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.

* Support the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against budget.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and provide financial support.

* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

* Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.

* Provide ad-hoc analysis and support as needed.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

* 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

* Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.

* Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

* Business level English and Japanese.
