Senior Finance Manager Full-time Job

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the company's operations in Japan.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes in accordance with US GAAP and local accounting standards.

* Develop and maintain the annual budget and forecasting models.

* Analyze financial data and provide insights to management on business performance.

* Oversee the company's tax compliance and reporting requirements.

* Manage the relationship with external auditors.

* Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.

* Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

* 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.

* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

* Strong knowledge of US GAAP and local accounting standards.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Business level English and fluent Japanese language skills required.
