Finance Manager - FP&A Full-time Job

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Finance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, forecasting, and analysis activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Lead the annual budget and forecasting processes

Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning

Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to management

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and investment proposals

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

8+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software

Business level English and Japanese
