Accounting Manager Full-time Job

A leading global company is looking for an Accounting Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.

* Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

* Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

* Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

* Coordinate and support internal and external audits.

* Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.

* Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.

* Manage and mentor accounting staff.

* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.

* Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and systems.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

* 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (IFRS/USGAAP/JGAAP).

* Experience with financial reporting and analysis.

* Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Business level of English and Japanese
