As a Financial Center Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and financial solutions.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the financial center, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of financial center employees, including financial advisors and tellers.
Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns.
Ensure the financial center meets or exceeds all performance goals and objectives.
Manage risk and compliance within the financial center, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Represent Bank of America in the community, participating in local events and building relationships with community organizations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services, including sales, customer service, and management.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of banking products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred.
