Human Resources Manager Full-time Job

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions and ensure a positive and productive work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Manage the recruitment and selection process

Oversee employee onboarding and training programs

Manage employee relations and address employee grievances

Administer compensation and benefits programs

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Develop and implement performance management systems

Manage employee development and career planning programs

Maintain accurate employee records

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Oversee the administration of HR systems and technology

Manage the HR budget

Prepare HR reports and analyze HR data

Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

Work closely with management to provide HR support and guidance

Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives

Oversee the administration of employee leave programs

Manage the employee termination process

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
