In alignment with the organizational vision and strategic priorities, drive the key account business plan including sales targets, promotional plan, customer investments and organizational support to optimize long-term sales & profit growth
Responsibilities
Achieve targets, top and bottom line, for the assigned key account.
Build business development plans at key accounts to enhance the product mix and shelf placement.
Manage trade spend by recommending a strategic spend allocation between key accounts for the development of POS material and promotions based on ROI & company strategy
Responsible for planning and execution of trade spends, with strong follow-up of timely & proper payments.
Negotiate shelf space within assigned Key Accounts using Category Management and Shelf principles to gain better visibility in the outlet & maximize sell-out
Build collaborative relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
Monitor & Report monthly Key Account KPIs to highlight challenges and provide solution for sales improvement.
Plan all required sales forecast inputs related to Key Accounts and deliver to sales planning/forecast functions with 100% accuracy and adherence to timelines to guarantee proper execution in stores & avoid any OOS
Lead sales negotiations/deals with major accounts based on strong negotiations frameworks and practices
Analyze customer requirements & market dynamics to be able to define an achievable growth plan based on realistic KPIs & drivers.
Support collection of commercial payments within credit terms defined by Finance to maximize cashflow, minimize overdues, & support company liquidity objectives.
Manage Sales team by executing FHH People philosophy/People Scorecard including hiring/Training/evaluating/providing direction/ rewarding & providing career advancement to retain motivated sales teams
Oversee store merchandising, shelf stocking, pricing/promotions to drive in-store execution for key accounts based on Perfect Store standards.
