Financial Analyst Full-time Job

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights

Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making

Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain differences between actual and budgeted results

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts

Provide financial analysis and support to other departments as needed

Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

Proven experience as a financial analyst or in a similar role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations

Fluency in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken)
