Summary: Our customer service advisors provide excellent and speedy customer service to a growing number of clients! Using a variety of channels, we handle our clients most sensitive requests to ensure a timely and positive resolution to any query!

Responsibilities:
Resolve our client’s product issues and questions via Phone, email, online chat and social media channels
Communicate effectively and with empathy
Create amazing customer experiences and turn customers into raving fans!
Document and research customer cases as efficiently as possible
Participate actively in training and quality control sessions to improve KPI performance
Share information and insights to help develop internal strategies
Communicate effectively and clearly
Ability to explain basic computer tasks, software, hardware, etc.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic connectivity issues (network cable to the PC, can browse internet).
Qualifications:
High School Diploma.
Desirable Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and customer care, in a call center setting (desirable).
Advanced communication and active listening skills (verbal, written).
Able to navigate through Windows operating systems; must be internet savvy
Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite.
Experience and working knowledge in CRM applications and tools (i.e. Salesforce, Zendesk, Remedy, Service Now, SAP, Oracle Siebel).
