The Data Analyst Associate is responsible for the analysis, design, creation, and testing of data processes and data management solutions. The Data Analyst Associate work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Humana Healthy Horizons in Florida is looking for a Data Analyst Associate to join their team!
Responsibilities
The Data Analyst Associate identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets. Evaluates and improves processes to ensure data accuracy and data integrity. Consults with business partners to identify requirements and define project scope. Develops detailed documentation to track project progress and provide guidance to users. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in data analysis
Experience in data interpretation and manipulation
Experience with SQL
Strong critical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the healthcare industry
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
