Job Description:<br><br>We are looking for a Credit Analyst to evaluate the creditworthiness of our customers and determine their risk of default. You will analyze financial data and produce detailed reports so that we can make informed lending decisions.<br><br>In this role, you should be analytical and meticulous with an ability to assess complex financial information. Problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills are essential. If you also possess relevant certification, like Credit Risk Certification, we’d like to meet you.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>Gather financial statements, credit reports and other material<br>Analyze financial data (balance sheets, income statements etc.)<br>Prepare summaries and examine the payment history of applicants<br>Evaluate creditworthiness by using various metrics and researching industry-specific data<br>Prepare reports with solid conclusions<br>Present findings and recommendations to management<br>Monitor loan repayments<br>Keep track of company credit ratings<br>Update and maintain databases<br>Skills:<br><br>Proven work experience as a Credit Analyst<br>Hands-on experience with statistical packages and financial forecasting models<br>Solid understanding of accounting procedures<br>Ability to handle confidential information<br>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills<br>Excellent communication skills
