Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger inquiries and needs with professionalism and courtesy.
Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings.
Serve meals and beverages to passengers.
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking procedures.
Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and grooming standards.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Qualifications:
Minimum age of 18 years.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken).
Ability to swim unaided.
Valid passport with no restrictions.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage.
Height requirements:
Female candidates: 165-175 cm;
Male candidates: 175-185 cm;
Additional Requirements:
Excellent health and physical condition, ability to obtain a Class 2 Aviation Medical Certificate.
Candidates should be well-groomed and have a professional appearance.
