Job Summary
LeverX is growing, and we are seeking experienced SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultants to work on a variety of customer project opportunities. LeverX consultants will design, develop, implement, and integrate SAP software to meet our clients’ business requirements. Leveraging your knowledge and experience, you will deliver high-quality SAP solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities
Understand the client’s business requirements in detail, map requirements to SAP, identify gaps and define practical solutions.
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage SAP Cloud Platform and integrate SAP SuccessFactors.
Deliver SAP-related services as assigned
Coordinate cross-functional solution teams.
Responsible for blueprinting workshops, documenting processes, testing, writing functional specs for custom developed objects.
Consult clients regarding SAP best practices.
Ability to implement or support multiple SAP Modules.
Effectively work within and contribute to project teams that can be distributed across the globe.
Share your knowledge and mentor colleagues.
Drive knowledge and methodology transfer.
Be a trusted advisor to LeverX clients, delivering the right solution for their business.
Manage client expectations throughout the project.
Create detailed documentation of the implemented solution to ensure sustainment.
Collaborate with client teams to conduct user acceptance testing and end user training activities, when appropriate.
Participate in Sales support as required to create presentations, solution overviews and demonstrations for potential clients.
Remain current with SAP and emerging Cloud technologies to provide leadership for internal innovation teams, develop intellectual property, and train team members.
Maintain expertise and deep knowledge in all LeverX HCM offerings.
Develop and Deliver Quality Consulting Services for SAP Solutions and LeverX's intellectual property assets.
Adhere to LeverX practices and quality standards.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
BA or BS degree (or comparable) from a fully accredited educational institution is required.
Significant and specific experience of implementing at least one of the following SuccessFactors Solutions. Specifically:
SuccessFactors Employee Central (Experience on data migration to SF is also valuable)
SuccessFactors Learning
SuccessFactors Recruiting.
SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management.
5+ years of SAP implementation experience.
At least 3-5+ years HCM Functional Experience.
Good understanding of key Integration Concepts.
Ability to multi-task and work as both team player and as self-directed individual.
Experience working with US based Clients and/or International Experience with experience working with multi-cultural teams
Strong MS Office application skills and proficient use of common office automation tools.
Expert problem-solving skills, good communication skills.
Must be a professional who is flexible, detail oriented and energetic and can adapt to customer corporate cultures.
