Role Overview:

The Endpoint Engineer will design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot end-user computing environments. This includes hardware and software deployments and upgrades, developing processes to automate common tasks, managing policies for desktop and mobile devices, and helping to lead projects from planning to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage endpoint solutions based on SCCM and Intune.

Develop, document, and maintain automation scripts, processes, and policies to streamline end-user computing environments.

Develop automation for Microsoft Defender using PowerShell or similar technologies.

Lead projects related to desktop management from planning to implementation.

Experience with desktop management tools such as Intune and SCCM.

Must understand desktop management policies for both domain-joined and non-domain joined devices.

Experience with automating tasks via PowerShell scripts.

Knowledge of Microsoft Defender

Effective Communication skills – both written and verbal

Good at problem-solving, and comfortable with independent research
