Job Description:

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for clinical research? Join Novartis as a Clinical Trial Assistant and play a crucial role in supporting the execution of clinical trials.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assist the Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) in the day-to-day management of clinical trials.

• Prepare and maintain study documentation, including study protocols, informed consent forms, and regulatory submissions.

• Track and manage study supplies and equipment.

• Coordinate study-related meetings and teleconferences.

• Assist with data entry and data cleaning activities.

• Communicate effectively with study sites, vendors, and internal team members.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.

• Previous experience in clinical research is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
