What does a Chat Bilingual Agent do?

As a TTEC Chat Bilingual Agent, you'll use your written online communication skills to respond to customer requests using a chat platform, research information and troubleshoot problems. Other responsibilities of a TTEC Chat Bilingual Agent include:

Understanding client products and/or services; answering questions

Troubleshooting problems by accessing account information and conducting online research

Escalating more complex issues to senior level support

Performing data entry and using software programs

What skills do I need to have?

Excellent written online communication and comprehension

Comfort navigating multiple systems to research information and troubleshoot problems

Exceptional keyboarding and internet navigation skills

Available equipment in your home include:

Minimum 20mbps download and 5mbps upload speed.

A Windows 10 or better operating system (sorry, Mac users).

A separate monitor for multitasking

All-in-one Computer/Laptop

Dual Core Intel or AMD Processor, minimum of 2.8 GHz speed

At least 4 GB of RAM

One or two wired headsets. (USB Headsets or 3.5 mm headset)

A webcam that has been tested with the device being used
