World Business Solutions (WBS) is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Colombian market. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our presence in Colombia.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Colombian market.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Negotiate and close contracts with new clients.

Manage and track sales activities in CRM system.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.

Attend industry events and conferences.

Collaborate with marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns.

Provide feedback to product development team on market needs.

Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.

Monitor and report on sales performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Colombian market.

Proven track record of success in acquiring new clients and achieving revenue targets.

Strong knowledge of the Colombian business environment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Experience with CRM systems.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Ability to travel within Colombia as needed.
