A leading company located in Bahrain is looking for an Admin Assistant.
Job Description:
· Answering telephone calls and taking messages.
· Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers
· Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information, internally or with other organizations
· Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.
· Submit and reconcile expense reports.
· Typing correspondence, memos, and other materials.
· Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
· Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
· Preparing business correspondence and reports, filing systems management, and client database updates, along with providing quality customer service. They ensure efficiency in all administrative tasks
Skills
· 1-2 Years of experience
· Any Bachelor’s Degree with admin background.
