The Customer Experience Specialist provides frontline assistance to our diverse customer base by expertly handling inquiries in Arabic and ensuring they are met with exceptional service standards. This role entails being the initial point of contact, managing communication across multiple channels, and leveraging problem-solving capabilities to transform customer interactions into positive brand experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities

Respond and manage customer interactions with personalized service using different communication channels (chat/email)

Analyze customer service performance trends by understanding various communication types and sources; proactively provide service improvements based on collected data.

Investigate customer interactions by listening to recorded conversations to identify areas that improve the company’s service.

Maintain excellent Quality Assurance standards as you listen to the Voice of the Customer

Build long term customer relationships while improving and championing customer satisfaction through quick and appropriate solutions.

Qualifications:

Customer Service background preferred. Experience with digital service a plus.

Possess exceptional listening and communication skills with fluency in Arabic.

Proven adaptability to changing process and strategies. Must be able to operate within tight deadlines.

Positive attitude, high levels of energy and exceptional customer focus is required.

Proven understanding of and experience meeting operational KPIs. High-speed data connectivity preferred.
