Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company in Bahrain, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to promote their products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.

Promote the company's products to healthcare professionals through presentations, product demonstrations, and one-on-one meetings.

Organize and conduct group presentations for healthcare professionals.

Provide accurate and up-to-date product information to healthcare professionals.

Attend medical conferences and trade shows to promote the company's products.

Achieve sales targets and market share objectives.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.

Compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the healthcare market.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Valid driver's license and access to a car.
