We are currently seeking to recruit Senior Associates to join our dynamic team based in Bahrain. The incumbent will be responsible for managing audit assignments, supervise team members and work directly with clients. They must be experienced, preferably with the relevant qualification or experience and be comfortable taking on a client-facing role with a broad remit.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading audit assignments from planning to completion, in line with the Firm’s audit methodology.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Planning and delegating work within the audit team.
Providing on-the-job training and mentoring to junior members of staff.
Ensuring compliance with professional standards and Firm’s policies and procedures.
Identifying and resolving technical issues during the audit
Qualifications and Experience:
A recognised accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA or CPA.
A minimum of 3 years’ external audit experience with a reputable accounting firm, preferably in a client-facing role
Experience working within financial services clients is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
