Product Manager Full-time Job

About the Job

We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about digital health and its potential to transform healthcare in Africa. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. You will be responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap, and features. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.

Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and product specifications.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Participate in product demos and training sessions.

Monitor and analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital health.

Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy and goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital health.

Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its challenges.

Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with agile development methodologies.

Experience with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
