What You’ll Do:
The PMO Analyst is responsible for assisting the Project Manager with providing support for multiple projects to improve governance, risk and cost controls and standardization. The candidate may be involved with setting up project/program templates, identifying areas of cost and resource efficiencies and developing/refining project management process to manage stakeholder expectation effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
Supports development, maintenance, and improvement of the project/program management lifecycle, standards, and processes.
Ensure quality and governance controls are maintained across the engagements, e.g. consistent documentation.
Manage project schedules/Gantt charts.
Provides training, coaching and mentoring related to PMO processes and standards
Analyze project/program reporting metrics on timely basis
Supports communication management of stakeholder by conducting project stakeholder meetings and sending routine project update status.
Maintain issue logs, perform quality assurance review, document and file project related information in project management information system(s) (PMIS)
Responsible for project and/or process documentation that includes but is not limited to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), templates, workflow diagrams and training material. Provide administrative support in gathering program documentation
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor's degree required (MBA a plus) with an academic emphasis in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Accounting with experience performing analytical reporting.
Solid verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Google suite is required
5 - 7 years of business experience and a minimum of 4 years Project Management Analyst experience and or business analyst experience with SAP project delivery and/or exposure with Cloud Implementations (PaaS).
Demonstrated hands-on experience with MS Excel to extract raw data from system reports and synthesize data into summarized reports, PowerPoint, project collaboration tools such as Smartsheets, Slack and MS Teams
Highly proficient and extensive experience managing work in large and complex SAP implementation programs or PMO
