Position Summary

The Junior Consultant will work as part of a consulting team, providing support to senior consultants on a variety of client projects. The Junior Consultant will conduct research, analyze data, and develop recommendations to help clients solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research on a variety of topics, including industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Analyze data to identify key insights and trends.
Develop recommendations to help clients solve business problems.
Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
Work closely with senior consultants to manage client projects.
Assist with the development of new business proposals.
Stay up-to-date on the latest business trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in consulting or a related field preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is required.

Specific Skills

The candidate is expected to have the following skills:

Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word);
Effective communication skills; fluency in Azeri, English and Russian is preferable;
Strong presentation skills;
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience within a similar position in one of the Big4 is considered as an advantage.
