Responsibilities:HR expertise: Resolve escalated employee issues through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). Collaborate with internal experts to address complex queries on benefits, compensation, and performance management. Act as a subject matter expert, keeping up-to-date with HR trends and regulations.Client Partnership: Manage a portfolio of SMB clients, building strong relationships and proactively understanding their HR needs. Provide proactive consultation on HR best practices, talent strategies, and workforce trends. Partner with clients on annual performance reviews, compensation planning, and other key HR cycles.Problem Solving & Escalation: Troubleshoot complex HR issues by identifying the root cause, researching options, and implementing effective solutions. Identify and escalate urgent situations to the appropriate internal team members for immediate action.Data Management & Reporting: Accurately document interactions and case details in the HR service management system. Analyze data to identify trends and provide reports on client satisfaction and service performance.Compliance: Ensure HR practices align with all relevant legal regulations. Mitigate client risk and maintain client trust by complying with HR compliance requirements and mitigating client issues as they surface.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.Experience:-2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.-Demonstrated experience in service environment/function that includes client interaction required.-Service center or support environment helpful.Location:-This role can be based out of Montevideo, Uruguay.Additional Skills:-Knowledge of Microsoft Office.-Ability to utilize multiple resources simultaneously to resolve issues (computer, documentation, people).-Demonstrates initiative and good judgment in handling a variety of situations.-Must have a customer focus attitude with desire to service the customer and to exceed expectations.-Works independently as well as being a team player.-Problem solver that is able to work logically through problems to deliver final resolution.-Ability to set priorities and work in a dynamic, team environment-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English-Strong knowledge of Human Resources best practices, labor law compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, etc.-Prior experience consulting with clients on HR matters a plus.
