ABOUT THE ROLE

The Fleet Executive role will assist in building the overall strategic framework and execution plans for acquisition & engagement strategies, in order to develop & grow our loyal Driver base across Nigeria

What You'll Do:
· Research, plan and propose new ideas/activities for partners’ engagement.
· Support drivers and respond to drivers’ problems with proper solutions on the spot. Ensure drivers’ smooth experiences on our platform.
· Assist and provide supports on executing planned incentives schemes.
· Collaborate with other departments for supporting various aspects to promote Lalamove and partners relationship.
· Handle daily operations with multiple stakeholders with the aim of driver quality maintenance.
· Be creative to develop new programs, campaigns, and/or incentives to grow and develop the Lalamove partner network and overall profitability

What You'll Need:
· A degree in any discipline, a numeric discipline is preferred but not required.
· Proven experience and demonstrated success within Customer Services, Vendor Services or Operation role within a well-regarded organization is preferred but not required
· Have 1-3 years of relevant working experience in project management is preferred.
· Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present to all levels
· Good at coordinating and collaborating with different departments and cross-functional teams. Possess problem solving attitude to ensure a high quality level.
· Positive attitude towards complex tasks with motivation to produce tangible results.
· Experience with handling complaints from customers.
· Fluent in English Language
· High adaptability and learning capability
· Candidate must be available on the field ( 50%- 70 %)
· Good IT knowledge of Microsoft software and Google is mandatory ( knowledge in App dynamics would be plus).
· Excellent coordination with team members, departments and partners to solve daily problems

NICE TO HAVE

· Strong networking ability across internal and external parties
· Proven knowledge in sales process to support the drivers/sales process ( from leads creation to account maintenance )
· Local market knowledge and expertise of on-demand or tech startup is preferred but not required
