What impact will you make?

As an Analyst, you will assist managers and senior team members with various financial advisory engagements including business valuation, due diligence, financial modeling, fraud investigation and other corporate finance services. In this role you will develop, assist with research, data analytics, and draft reports/presentations for our clients.

Your role as an Analyst at Deloitte will focus on the following areas:

Financial Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, historical trends, and industry data to identify key business drivers and assess performance
Valuation Analysis: Assist in developing financial models and performing valuation analysis using various methodologies such as discounted cash flow, market multiples, and precedent transactions
Due Diligence: Participate in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, including the review of financial information, identification of key issues and risks, and preparation of due diligence reports
Corporate Finance Advisory: Assist in providing strategic advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other corporate finance transactions
Market Research: Conduct market research and industry analysis to support client engagements and develop industry insights
Report Writing: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other deliverables summarizing findings and recommendations for clients
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with client personnel and internal team members.
Compliance: Maintain an understanding of compliance requirements, internal controls and risk management procedures.
General administration responsibilities assigned to the department;
Requirements
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
Professional certification (e.g. CFA) is considered an advantage
Outstanding analytical and research skills and knowledge of financial and valuation principles, as well as excellent data management skills.
Attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in English and Albanian languages
Understanding of the corporate finance landscape in Albania and internationally would be an advantage
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Prior consulting or corporate finance internship experience is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a must.
