Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to join a dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.

Responsibilities:

Manage the accounts receivable team, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Implement and maintain accounts receivable policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and proactively follow up on past due accounts to minimize outstanding balances.
Reconcile accounts receivable balances to the general ledger on a monthly basis, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve cash flow management.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and payments.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes, providing support as needed.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate timely payment of invoices.
Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with process improvement and automation is a plus.
