Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Agents to join our team. As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the bank's products and services directly to customers in the field. Your primary goal will be to acquire new customers, build strong relationships, and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outdoor sales activities to acquire new customers for the bank's products and services.

Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Present and explain the features and benefits of the bank's products and services to prospective customers.

Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank's customer base.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the bank on customer needs and competitor activities.

Comply with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any discipline.

Proven experience in direct sales or marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent customer service skills.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Must reside in assigned territory.
