Debtors Clerk Full-time Job

VKB Grain (Pty) Ltd is a dynamic agricultural company in the Northeast Free State that strives towards long-term relations with producers and value-added services. VKB Grain seeks a self-motivated individual with excellent organizing abilities for the position of Debtors Clerk based in Frankfort.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare invoices for payments, reconcile month end balance sheets, manage billing disputes.

• Take necessary action steps with debt collection.

• Administer payments.

• Investigate outstanding accounts and facilitate settlement there-of.

• Address and resolve queries.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / NQF 4 with accounting as a subject or a relevant equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in debtors-related positions, with a focus on invoicing and billing.

• Strong Excel skills.

• Competent computer literacy.

• Knowledge of the grain industry and knowledge regarding the management of producers' accounts will be an advantage.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
