Job Details

Key accountabilities:

Ensure brand values/identity are properly represented in all marketing activities

Contribute and execute development/execution of the marketing campaigns and communication messages aligned with company objectives and market opportunities (brand awareness, performance based activities, customer value perception, pricing).

Responsible for development of detailed marketing plan based on the yearly targets & KPIs assigned to the brand and execute plan.

Ensure smooth campaign planning (360 Campaign planning), budgeting, communication/stakeholder management.

Initiates necessary researches in order to obtain deep insight on industry/competitor movements

Manages brand’s agencies/partners related operational matters.

Ensures timely completion of daily marketing/campaign-related administrative & operational requirements in effective manner.

Proactively follows/searches marketing opportunities that aligns with company brand & target groups, present creative proposals.

Manages marketing related budgets.

Supports development/maintenance of data and tracking processes for marketing activities and report to superiors on campaign progress/efficiency.

Manages media planning/execution in cooperation with digital team

Monitor progress/performance, proactively communicate bottlenecks and work on potential solution in order to stay within the yearly brand related target

Follow and evaluate industry trends & customer insights.

Supervises junior employees (if assigned).

Assist marketing management to achieve business objectives, by working effectively in teams across marketing as well as cross functional teams across the company.

Work on any other relevant tasks that can be required by direct manager to be implemented in alignment with set business objectives.

Required qualifications:

University degree in Business/Marketing related disciplines

Minimum 3-5 years marketing (especially brand management, traditional/digital marketing channels) related working experience (ideally telco/marketing agencies) is required

Previous experience in working with marketing related external partners

Previous managerial experience is considered as a plus

Fluent Azeri, English language is mandatory.

MS Office knowledge.
