What is the Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for in Post Surgical Telemetry?
The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process. The Registered Nurse directs and guides patient teaching activities and ancillary personnel, while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
