We’re looking for a temporary HR Generalist to join a high-performing team.In this fast-paced, high-impact role, you'll deliver comprehensive, strategic HR support from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and organizational development.What You'll DoCoordinate end-to-end hiring processes, from job advertising to onboarding and exit interviews.Provide expert guidance to managers and staff on policy interpretation, performance, and employee relations.Support training, succession planning, and performance review cycles. Assist with payroll processes, promotions, allowances, and recognition programs.Drive initiatives that boost morale, engagement, and staff welfare.Contribute to strategic HR projects and deliver high-quality reporting and insights.What You BringA Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Human Resources (or related field).5 years' relevant experience.Strong knowledge of HR best practices.Experience with HRIS systems and the full Microsoft Office Suite.This role is open to Caymanians only.
