We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Team.
You’ll Get The Chance To:
Diagnose and resolve issues related to the Atlassian Product Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
Perform installations, migrations, and upgrades for clients worldwide
Work with a wide range of AWS technologies
Automate procedures/processes using scripting or programming languages.
Interact daily with technical consultants, customers, project managers, and developers
Contribute to the development of the team as well as internal projects
Share your knowledge with colleagues as needed and develop best practices around tools
What Will Help You Succeed:
Solid working knowledge and troubleshooting ability with Linux, Unix or Windows systems.
Database management and maintenance: MySQL, Postgres or Microsoft SQL
Cloud services (AWS or Azure) management
Network experience, security implementation
Customer Focus & Consulting Oriented Profile
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (B2 level).
Experience installing and configuring Atlassian products and applications, either as a Customer or Consultant. Atlassian experience is a Plus (ACP or ACE a plus) – 2-4 years minimum.
Soft Skills
Strong interpersonal and communications skills: Ability to provide effective customer support to a variety of internal and external audiences through different channels and platforms.
Ability to maintain calm demeanor when resolving stressful customer situations.
Capable of independently troubleshooting new and complex systems.
