The Data and AI Consultant is a key member of our global team, responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of the Alex product set for our clients. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and a passion for
data.
Day to day activi
ties: Lead standard demos and respond to client questions, ensuring a 90% satisfaction
rate.Manage small accounts independently with +5% YoY ARR growth
goals.Configure solutions for most client requirements and propose automation
ideas.Design and document solutions for smaller pro
jects.Participate in pre-sales calls, prepare use cases, and draft RFP resp
onses.Suggest product enhancements based on client fee
dback.Develop and deliver field solutions with 90% on-time compl
etion.Produce case studies or internal references quar
terly.Mentor Associate Consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing ses
sions.
