Job Description
Join our technical support team as a Brainlab Support Specialist. You'll provide expert service, manage installations and maintenance, and support clinical staff—remotely from your home office.

Main Responsibilities Will Include
Independently perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of Brainlab systems (e.g. Loop X, Airo) at hospitals and clinical sites
Provide remote and on-site technical support, guiding clinical users through troubleshooting and system operation
Ensure optimal device functionality by conducting diagnostics, upgrades, and proactive service checks
Act as a trusted technical advisor for our customers, fostering strong relationships and long-term satisfaction
Support product launches by coordinating setup, testing, and user onboarding
Document all service activities accurately and in compliance with quality standards
Collaborate closely with other teams (sales, engineering, clinical support) to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or similar
Ideally first experience in technical support, preferably in the healthcare sector
Familiar with X-ray systems and/or scanner technology (a plus)
Strong IT, networking, and troubleshooting skills
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Excellent communication skills in English and French
High willingness to travel national (up to 80%), with the possibility of occasional international assignments
Confident use of MS Office; Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
Valid driver’s license
