We’re looking for an experienced SAP Service (CS) Consultant to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. The ideal profile combines deep SAP Customer Service expertise with hands-on S/4HANA Service experience.
Responsibilities
Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Service processes
Translate business service requirements into system solutions
Configure CS / S/4 Service components and support integration
Support testing, cutover, and go-live activities
Advise business stakeholders on best practice service process design
