Role Description Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) is seeking a Senior Information Technology Support Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Riyadh. This position entails providing day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting to maintain the organization's IT systems' functionality. The Senior IT Support Engineer will oversee system administration tasks, manage help desk support operations, and address complex IT challenges to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operations. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to recommend system improvements and uphold cybersecurity protocols. Qualifications Technical Support and Troubleshooting experience to resolve hardware and software challenges effectivelyProficiency in Information Technology and System Administration to ensure robust system performance and maintenanceHelp Desk Support expertise to manage and resolve end-user issues in a timely mannerStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressureFamiliarity with IT security practices is a plusBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field3-5 years of relevant experience in IT Support or a similar roleStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within diverse teams
